Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for any masterclass or course offered by Finance by CA Bros. By completing your registration or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. About Us
Finance by CA Bros is a trade name of ROHIT SHEKHAWAT AND ASSOCIATES (GSTIN 07IOYPS4833F1Z3), a proprietorship with its principal place of business at 1st Floor, 274/275, Pocket 4, Rohini Sector 25, New Delhi, Delhi – 110085, India.
We are an education platform. Our live masterclasses, online courses and educational content on GST, Income Tax, Accounting and Business Compliance are taught by Chartered Accountants.

2. Nature of Services
All masterclasses and courses are strictly for educational and informational purposes. We do not offer GST or income tax return filing, tax advisory, or any other financial service through this website or our advertising. Registering for a masterclass or course does not create a client, advisory or professional relationship between you and us.
Attending our sessions does not make you a licensed or certified professional. Please consult a qualified Chartered Accountant for advice specific to your personal or business situation.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may register only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Registration and Payment
– Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
– The registration fee is as displayed on the registration page at the time of booking (currently ₹29 for the live masterclass).
– Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or bank account details.
– Registrations are non-transferable to other individuals.
– Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
– We may change pricing for future events.
5. Session Delivery
– Live sessions are conducted on Zoom. The link will be shared with registered participants via WhatsApp and email before the session.
– We may reschedule or cancel a session due to technical issues, instructor availability or other circumstances. Registrants will be notified in advance, and any refund will follow our Refund Policy.
– Participants may not record any session without prior written consent from Finance by CA Bros.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, income, employment, client acquisition or financial result from attending our sessions. All learning materials and sessions are provided as-is for educational purposes only.
Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, application, prior experience, market conditions and many other factors beyond our control. Student testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
7. Intellectual Property
All content shared during sessions, including slides, explanations, frameworks, examples and materials, is the intellectual property of Finance by CA Bros. Reproduction, redistribution or resale of any session content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions. We may remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive or who violates these guidelines, without a refund.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party platforms such as Zoom, payment gateways and communication tools to deliver our services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance by CA Bros and ROHIT SHEKHAWAT AND ASSOCIATES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in our sessions or use of our educational content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
