This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for registrations made for live masterclasses and courses offered by Finance by CA Bros, a trade name of ROHIT SHEKHAWAT AND ASSOCIATES (GSTIN 07IOYPS4833F1Z3), 1st Floor, 274/275, Pocket 4, Rohini Sector 25, New Delhi, Delhi – 110085, India.
Please read this policy before registering. By registering, you accept these terms. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Live Masterclass Registration Fee
The registration fee for our live masterclasses (currently ₹29) is a nominal fee to secure your seat in a live educational session. Because of the low fee and the nature of live digital events, all sales are generally final.
A refund will be considered if:
– The session is cancelled by us and not rescheduled
– The session is rescheduled to a significantly different date and you are unable to attend the new date
– A technical failure on our side prevents the session from being delivered
– A duplicate payment was made in error
A refund will not be issued for:
– Failure to attend the session
– Change of mind after registration
– Technical issues on your side (internet, device, etc.)
– Dissatisfaction with the session content after attending
2. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible under Section 1, contact us with your registered name, phone number, payment reference and a brief description of the issue:

Request deadlines:
– Cancellation, rescheduling or technical failure by us: within 48 hours of the session date or of our notification, whichever is later
– Duplicate payment: within 7 days of the payment
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision within 5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
If we cancel or reschedule a session, all registered participants will be notified via WhatsApp and email. If you cannot attend the rescheduled session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the notification.
5. Course Purchases
