Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for registrations made for live masterclasses and courses offered by Finance by CA Bros.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration. By registering, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

1. Live Masterclass Registration Fee

The registration fee for our live masterclasses (currently ₹29) is a nominal confirmation fee intended to secure your seat in the session. Given the low fee structure and the nature of live digital events, all sales are generally final.

Refund May Be Considered In:
  • The session is cancelled by Finance by CA Bros without rescheduling
  • The session is rescheduled to a significantly different date and the registered participant is unable to attend the new date
  • A technical failure on our end prevents the session from being delivered
  • A duplicate payment has been made by error
Refund Will NOT Be Issued For:
  • Participant’s failure to attend the session
  • Change of mind after registration
  • Technical issues on the participant’s end (internet, device, etc.)
  • Dissatisfaction with session content after attendance
  • Requests made after the session has taken place

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above, please contact us within 48 hours of the session date with your registration details:

Please include your registered name, phone number and a brief description of your concern. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Finance by CA Bros is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway processing times.

4. Session Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

In the event Finance by CA Bros needs to cancel or reschedule a session, all registered participants will be notified via WhatsApp and email. Participants who cannot attend the rescheduled session may request a full refund within 24 hours of the rescheduling notification.

5. Course Purchases (If Applicable)

For full courses purchased through our platform (beyond the ₹29 masterclass), a separate refund policy applies. Please contact us at the email above for details specific to the course you have purchased.
