Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for any masterclass, course or service offered by Finance by CA Bros. By completing your registration or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

1. About Finance by CA Bros

Finance by CA Bros is a financial education platform operated by practising Chartered Accountants based in India. We provide live masterclasses, online courses and educational content related to GST, Income Tax, Accounting and Business Compliance.

2. Nature of Services

All masterclasses and courses offered by Finance by CA Bros are strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute professional legal, tax, financial or advisory services.

Attending our sessions does not make you a licensed or certified financial professional. Please consult a qualified Chartered Accountant for advice specific to your personal or business situation.

3. Registration and Payment

  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • The registration fee for the live masterclass is ₹29 (or as stated on the registration page at the time of booking).
  • Payments are non-transferable to other individuals.
  • We reserve the right to modify session pricing for future events.

4. Session Delivery

  • Live sessions are conducted on Zoom. The Zoom link will be shared with registered participants via WhatsApp and email before the session.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to technical issues, instructor availability or other circumstances. In such cases, registrants will be notified in advance.
  • Recording of the session by participants is not permitted without prior written consent from Finance by CA Bros.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Finance by CA Bros does not guarantee specific career outcomes, income, employment or financial results from attending our sessions. All learning materials and sessions are provided as-is for educational purposes only.

Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, application, prior experience, market conditions and many other factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared during sessions — including slides, explanations, frameworks, examples and materials — is the intellectual property of Finance by CA Bros. Reproduction, redistribution or resale of any session content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions. Finance by CA Bros reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive or who violates the conduct guidelines, without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance by CA Bros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in our sessions or use of our educational content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
